WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept payment via credit cards and PayPal only. We are looking at expanding our payment options soon.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If items are cared for as per the care instructions, we will exchange faulty items within one month of your purchase. Return shipping costs to be covered by you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do! International shipping cost is based on weight and location.

HOW MANY NAPPIES WILL I NEED?
This depends on how often you plan to wash and if you would like to use cloth full-time or part-time.
​
To be able to use cloth nappies full-time, you will need around 20 nappies, and complete your main wash every few days. As your baby gets older, you will have less changes throughout the day so the usage will reduce.

For day time use only, 10-15 nappies will be enough.
WHAT STYLE ARE BIG SNUG NAPPIES?
Big Snug nappies are pocket style nappies.
​
They consist of a waterproof outer layer with a stay-dry inner layer that creates a 'pocket' for the inserts to be stuffed into. However, because our inserts are also topped with a stay-dry layer, you have the flexibility to either stuff them or lay them on top of the pocket.
In our experience, we did not need to start stuffing the inserts until our babies started wriggling around. The pocket helps to keep the inserts in place and prevent leaks.
